Barbara was with RGF Integrated Wealth Management from 1988 to 2021 when she retired from her position as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.  She is currently working part time as Interim CFO and internal management consultant. 

As past COO and CFO, Barbara ensured the smooth operation of the firm. She was responsible for all aspects of corporate management, including operations, finance, regulatory and compliance matters, technology and planning.

She held various volunteer positions with industry and professional associations including the CPABC (Canadian Professional Accountants of BC.) CPA Canada, IIROC (Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada) and IFIC (Investment Funds Institute of Canada).
