Sylvie is currently on leave. Barbara Simpson is serving as Interim CFO.

Sylvie serves as the Chief Financial Officer of our firm.  As a member of the senior management team, she is responsible for the financial and corporate governance of the organization.  Working closely with the Board, advisors and the corporate team, areas of oversight include finance, regulatory relationships, compliance, and risk management.

Bringing a solid background in finance, her career focus has been primarily on the financial industry, specifically the investment management, insurance and employee benefit sectors.  Her career began in public practice with KPMG, 4 years of which were spent working in Bermuda, before transitioning to industry.

Holding a CPA, CA designation as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, continued education remains a goal.

Outside of work, Sylvie enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as taking advantage of all that Vancouver has to offer.
