Brett is the Chairman of RGF Integrated Wealth Management and works with the other Board of Directors in overseeing the strategic direction and governance functions of the organization. Brett is passionate about nurturing a business family that cares for others, always does the right thing, and continuously improves through a commitment to excellence.
Brett's primary focus, however, is centered on leading his team to deliver excellent outcomes for the families and businesses who seek and engage their holistic financial planning advice. He continues to mentor his team and other advisors in their professional expertise and body of knowledge to meet the highest standards.
Brett has been active in financial services industry professional development as a featured speaker, course moderator and volunteer at continuing educational forums, designation programs and association meetings. He has widely shared his expertise on the topics of wealth accumulation, estate planning, and integrated taxation for business owners and individuals. Brett has served as a Board trustee of The Institute for Advanced Financial Education (IAFE), supervising and administering standards of practice and the code of conduct for designated professionals, and he currently serves as a non-voting member of the Insurance Council of British Columbia charged with regulating the insurance industry in BC. Brett has also served on boards and development committees of various charitable and community organizations in the areas of "planned giving" and West Vancouver youth sports.
