Scholarship Amount: $5,000

Applicant Criteria:

• Open to RGF clients, their children, or grandchildren.

• Applicants must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents entering accredited Canadian post-secondary institutions, or currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.

• The selected applicant must be willing to be featured in our newsletter, blog and in social media.

Application requirements:

1.  Cover letter including:

a.  Full name, mailing address, email, phone number

b.  Relationship to RGF

c.  Post-secondary institution you are/will be attending

2.  Personal essay demonstrating how you are a builder of the future and show leadership in the community (total of ~500 words)

What are your plans for post-secondary education and why do you want to study/pursue your field of study?

How will this scholarship help you?

Part 2 – Leadership and Community

Describe your leadership qualities and your contribution to your community. Include any extra-curricular or volunteer contributions and why they were meaningful or impactful.

What are your future goals to lead and contribute to your community?

How will this scholarship help further your community?
