All staff are given a paid day off each year to participate in a charitably-oriented activity.

Organizations We Support

Veritree

Through veritree, we are working towards a sustainable future by restoring critical landscapes which help the planet thrive. veritree and their partners work around the world to ensure that each tree is verified, and that every dollar has a tangible impact. We have pledged to plant 15,000 trees in Northern BC over the next 3 years, to mitigate the effects of wildfires. For more details, you can access our Impact Hub here.

Workout to Conquer Cancer

Last May, our team proudly participated in the Workout to Conquer Cancer, an initiative benefiting the BC Cancer Foundation. This month-long event encourages participants to commit to at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day, promoting wellness while raising vital funds for cancer research and patient care.

In 2025 alone, our team, including staff and clients logged 47,510 minutes of activity, raised $84,796.44, and hosted creative events like group walks, fitness classes, and scavenger hunts. As a Motivation Partner, we’ve amplified the impact of our community’s generosity.

The United Way of the Lower Mainland

The United Way of the Lower Mainland is a leader in supporting our most vulnerable. Its mandates include: increasing school readiness for young children, providing school-age children with the support and resources they need, and helping seniors stay independent and engaged in the community. We have an annual campaign that supports the United Way and their mission.

Tour de Cure

For over a decade, our team proudly supported the BC Cancer Foundation’s Tour de Cure, a cornerstone event powering life-saving cancer research. Since 2009, our cycling team, the Market Cycles, raised over one million dollars!

Arts Club Theatre Company

The Arts Club Theatre Company is the largest theatre company in Western Canada. Each year, over a quarter of a million people experience the best in professional theatre at its three venues: the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, Granville Island Stage, and Newmont Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre, as well as on tour throughout the province.

Kidney Foundation

The Kidney Foundation’s national research program has grown to become one of the most important sources of funding for scientists conducting kidney-related research. We are also committed to providing education, information and support about kidneys and kidney disease.

Cystic Fibrosis Canada

Cystic Fibrosis Canada is a national charitable not-for-profit corporation established in 1960. Cystic Fibrosis Canada’s mandate is to help individuals with cystic fibrosis, principally by funding cystic fibrosis research and care.

Ronald McDonald House

When a child is seriously ill, the specialization required for their major medical procedure may only be available far from home. Treatment for illnesses such as leukemia, brain tumours or cystic fibrosis requires lengthy out-of-town hospitalization.

Union Gospel Mission

Union Gospel Mission is an urban relief organization based in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. With eight locations throughout Metro Vancouver and the city of Mission, UGM is positioned to help those who need it most.

Theatre Under the Stars

Theatre Under the Stars brings musical theatre to life every summer in Stanley Park, offering accessible, family‑friendly performances that have become a cherished Vancouver tradition. Their work supports local artists, youth programs, and the cultural vibrancy of the region.

Lions Gate Hospital Foundation

Lions Gate Hospital Foundation raises funds to enhance patient care on the North Shore. Their efforts support critical equipment, facility upgrades, and specialized programs that directly improve the health and well‑being of the community.

Kay Meek Arts Centre Foundation

Country Meadows Golf Club

BC Women’s Health Foundation

BC Women’s Health Foundation is dedicated to advancing the health of women across the province. Through advocacy, research funding, and community initiatives, they work to ensure women receive equitable, specialized care.

Vancouver College Alumni Golf Tournament

The Vancouver College Alumni Golf Tournament brings together alumni, families, and supporters to raise funds for student programs, bursaries, and school initiatives. UBC Thunderbird Golf

Fraser Valley Estate Planning Council (FVEPC)

Greater Vancouver Food Bank (GVFB)

The Greater Vancouver Food Bank provides healthy food to individuals and families across Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, and the North Shore. Through large‑scale food distribution, partnerships with community agencies, and nutrition‑focused programs, GVFB plays a vital role in improving food security for thousands of people each week.

Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau

The Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau supports families in need during the holiday season by coordinating toy drives, donations, and resources for local Christmas bureaus. Their work ensures that children and families across the region experience a brighter, more joyful holiday through community generosity and support.

The Shoebox Project

The Shoebox Project delivers gift‑filled shoeboxes to women experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Each box contains small luxuries and essentials that help women feel valued, seen, and supported. Their work strengthens community connection and brings dignity and kindness to women facing challenging circumstances.

Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup

The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup is a national conservation initiative that empowers volunteers to remove litter from shorelines, parks, and waterways. Their efforts protect wildlife, restore natural habitats, and promote environmental stewardship across communities of all sizes.

RGF Integrated Wealth Management – Clay Gillespie Annual Graduate Scholarship

The goal of the RGF Integrated Wealth Management – Clay Gillespie Annual Graduate Scholarship is to provide financial support for graduate students at Simon Fraser University who are pursuing, or intend to pursue, a graduate degree in the Master of Financial Risk Management program at the Segal Graduate School of Business. This scholarship is a two semester award. It is normally tenable in the Fall and Spring.

Clay Gillespie RGF Integrated Wealth Management Bursary

The UBC Centenary Awards were created in 2008 to honour the University’s 100th anniversary and to provide support to students on both campuses and in every area of study. Thanks to generous donors, UBC has reached their goal of 100 awards that were established or significantly enhanced over the past year.

An annual award established in 2023 to commemorate our 50th anniversary, the RGF Integrated Wealth Management James E Rogers Leadership Scholarship seeks to recognize an individual who demonstrates positive leadership impact in the community. We would like the next generation to have the opportunity to pursue their higher education goals.
