The third quarter of 2022 is officially in the books, and I wanted to provide some commentary and further reading. It has been a challenging year in 2022, with stock and bond markets feeling the effects.

2022 continues to be challenging for all markets and asset types as negative macroeconomic news dominates headlines, but there appears to be light at the end of the tunnel. Risks remain, but there were many positive improvements this quarter.

October 2022 Update

On October 20th, we had our most recent online seminar with Mike Duffy, speaking on Happiness, Success & Resilience. Mike discussed many of the components of living your best life now, talking about how you can get more happiness at home and at work. He touched on success strategies for your career, including five problem solving questions you can use for any challenge. He also shared how to create your ideal life through his famous happiness formula.
